Which information can I change?

Through your client web space Cortex, you can change all kind of information. Under the section "My account", you can find the different categories in order to make your changes :

  1. In the category "My contracts" you can see the information about the invoicing address, the usage address and the delivery address.
  2. In the category "My representatives", you can manage the information of your representatives who are responsible for the relationship with Edenred, for the bills, the orders and the delivery.
  3. In the category "My Cortex users", you can add, delete or change your representants (the people, who have access to your customer web space).

If you would like to change other information (for example the delivery address of your organisation), you can always contact us through this form.
