How are my employees informed?

We keep your employees informed with regular updates.

By post:

If they do not yet have an Edenred card, they will receive their card by post together with a welcome letter.

By e-mail:

We send them a digital welcome pack the first time their card is loaded, as well as reload notifications and balance expiry notifications.

Online and via the mobile app:

Through their MyEdenred account, also available via the mobile app, they can check their balance at any time, their transaction history, find shops that accept Edenred vouchers, etc. They also have access to the I Love Ticket Restaurant blog , which gives plenty of ideas and inspiration to get the most out of their vouchers.
